Spassia Warranty Policy

All Spassia’s products are covered by Spassia 5 years warranty as long as the customer can present the proof of purchase.

Your Spassia product has been made with all the attention to detail and patience by our committed craftsmen in accordance with the high standards of Spassia. However, the Spassia product is protected from manufacturing and material flaws by this warranty from the company.

The only person who is covered by this limited lifetime warranty is the original end-user buyer. The sales receipt must be an original or a copy from the first approved Spassia reseller. This limited warranty does not apply to products bought from unlicensed merchants (including, without limitation, online third-party sellers who sell on auction sites). For warranty verification, online sales auction confirmations are NOT recognized.

Under normal use, the warranty covers every functional component of the product. The warranty only applies to materials and workmanship that are original, unchanged, and unmodified.

We reserve the right to request that you send us the damaged goods so that our Quality Control team can investigate it further and continue to make our products better. If you do not comply with these demands, you will lose any and all future claims under this warranty.

The warranty is valid for the duration that the customer owns the product.

The product will be replaced by Spassia with the most similar product if it malfunctions or fails to perform. It’s possible that repair or identical replacement components won’t be offered at the time of the claim due to the nature of the product. Spassia is required to fix or replace a broken item with the product that is most similar to it, or its most similar component, in the color that is most similar to it. The customer and Spassia will discuss this option on a case-by-case basis. If there is a disagreement between Spassia and the customer over the option to choose, Spassia has the final decision.

Sending the Spassia product to the Spassia service center is one way to get service. Transportation expenses, including but not limited to postage, insurance, and packing supplies, are the client’s responsibility.

The returned Spassia product must be accompanied by all of the original packaging and the proof of purchase in order to be eligible for service under this Spassia Warranty.

What the Spassia Warranty Does Not Cover.

The following are excluded from the Spassia Warranty Policy:

(a) Any problem caused by mistreatment, misuse, or exposure to high temperatures, liquids, sand, or other chemicals.

(b) flaws and harm caused by abuse, negligence, or accident.

(c) Defects and damage caused by improper use (such as bumps, dents, crushing, and so on), alterations, tampering, and disassembly

(d) flaws and damage caused by normal wear and tear.

(e) The replacement of products that are lost or stolen is not covered by the warranty.
