Spassia Return and Refund Policy

All of Spassia’s products come with a 5 year warranty. If your order develops a problem during the warranty period, we’ll be happy to replace it! All manufacturing defects as well as structural and functional defects are covered by the warranty policy. Due to wear and time, leather ages naturally as a natural material. To help our quality control staff investigate the problem thoroughly and continue making improvements to our products, we do ask that you mail the damaged product. We place a high priority on both the quality of our products and client happiness.

No refunds are available for shipping costs.

 For a refund, the item must be undamaged, in its original packaging, and in new condition.

 Once the merchandise has been delivered to our corporate office, returns are processed in 3 business days.

 After we process the return, please wait 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

 All refunds will be handled using the same payment method as was used for the original transaction. Before returning anything, e-mail us at support@spassia.com or complete the following contact form.

 Customers returning an item to Spassia are not reimbursed for shipping costs.

 Exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of placing your order.
